Graham
Alexander
From 1967, Graham Alexander worked with IBM in line management
and management development positions. He was then seconded to
Operation Trident, a programme to give pupils the skills and
experience to manage life after school.
Graham then spent much of the 1970s researching and practicing
a variety of approaches to human performance and learning. In
1979, he brought the coaching technology of the 'Inner Game'
to Europe.
He developed this methodology throughout the 1980s, playing
a large part in bringing executive coaching on to corporate
agendas. In 1986, Graham formed the Alexander Corporation Ltd,
a market-leading consultancy that enabled some of the world's
premier organisations to release and focus the human potential
of their people.
In 1999, Alexander merged with Sibson & Company. Graham Alexander
works with chief executives and executive teams to lead change
and to enhance individual and collective effectiveness. He has
worked extensively around the world in all market sectors, serving
many of the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
