| Nick is a coach and consultant with over 15 years international experience, including assignments in Asia, United States, Middle East, Europe and Russia. He has worked in retail, technology, leisure, insurance, financial services, media, TV production, pharmaceuticals, local government and health services as well as consulting to one of the big four professional services firms, the BBC and the OECD in Paris.
With a background in business and sales & marketing, he relates his work easily to commercial issues. His style is energetic, big picture and commercial. His designs reflect his personal preference for creative and courageous programmes, designed with an innovative and commercial flair. When needed he can take an up-beat and galvanising approach to coaching. He has a natural ability to get on to his clients’ wavelength from where he can both empathises and challenge.
His university education was in environmental sciences including a post-graduate degree in environmental physics. He has also studied organisational behaviour at Birkbeck and has completed an advanced post-graduate certificate in executive coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching. He is now a part-time member of the Academy of Executive Coaching faculty.
On a personal note, Nick is a good all rounder, sociable, sporty, well travelled and at times cultural! He is by nature an outdoors gregarious type, he grew up on a farm and now splits his time between his home in the Norfolk countryside and his business life in London.
