Process
Our approach is tailored to particular organisational and individual
requirements. The process typically involves the following:

developing an in-depth understanding of organisational and individual
contexts and expectations

creating an explicit contract with the client and his or her
organisation, including defining objectives, measures to monitor
progress and the length of time required to achieve success
-
undertaking a programme of coaching sessions, meeting every
2-3 weeks for 1½ hours, typically over a period of 12 months
-
formally reviewing and evaluating progress
-
within the confines of confidentiality, debriefing with the
client and organisation at the conclusion of the contract to
ensure mutual satisfaction with the results
