The Process

Our approach is tailored to particular organisational and individual requirements. The process typically involves the following:
  • developing an in-depth understanding of organisational and individual contexts and expectations
  • creating an explicit contract with the client and his or her organisation, including defining objectives, measures to monitor progress and the length of time required to achieve success
  • undertaking a programme of coaching sessions, meeting every 2-3 weeks for 1½ hours, typically over a period of 12 months
  • formally reviewing and evaluating progress
  • within the confines of confidentiality, debriefing with the client and organisation at the conclusion of the contract to ensure mutual satisfaction with the results
